What can you do?

When you first join you are a Probationer - this is to see if you are going to like the Corps, but you start training right away. If you like us you will be enrolled and become a Second Class Cadet, you continue your training to First Class then on to Leading and to Senior, don’tworry it 's not all work!!

The last stage of training is, for Staff Cadet, once qualified you are able to instruct younger cadets and be responsible for various activities within the Squadron and outside. As well as climbing this ladder with exams you will also be up for recommendation for promotions, from Cadet to Corporal to Sergeant to Flight Sergeant and even Cadet Warrant Officer, as an NCO you will assist officers in maintaining good order and discipline, in planning and giving orders to implement the Squadron training program, activities and excursions.
